Description

Juicy and zesty air fryer lemon pepper chicken made with simple pantry staples. This quick and healthy dinner is ready in just 25 minutes and pairs well with a variety of sides.


Ingredients

1.5 pounds chicken breasts (about 3 breasts)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until fully cooked and juices run clear (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
