2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until fully cooked and juices run clear (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier cut.
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving for extra brightness.
Swap olive oil for avocado oil if preferred.
Try garlic-herb or Cajun seasoning for a different flavor profile.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes for best texture.
