Instructions
- Prepare the red velvet cake according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in the cream cheese frosting until the mixture holds together.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
