Ingredients

Instructions
- Place potatoes in a pot of water, bring to a boil, and cook until tender (about 15 minutes).
- Drain and mash potatoes with butter, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until smooth. Let cool to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line and grease a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cooled mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, and green onions (if using).
- Scoop spoonfuls of mixture, shape into small puffs, and place on baking sheet.
