Description

Chicken with Peaches is a quick and flavorful dish combining tender chicken breasts with juicy peaches in a sweet and savory balsamic-honey sauce. Perfect for weeknights or special occasions, it balances fresh fruit with rich, savory flavors in just 40 minutes.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

2 ripe peaches, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear each side for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add sliced peaches and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Mix balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl, then pour over the peaches. Stir well.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the chicken. Transfer everything into an oven-safe dish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with the peach sauce.
