- Combine Ingredients: Transfer the blended cottage cheese into a microwave-safe bowl. Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning on top.
- Initial Microwave: Place the bowl in the microwave and heat on high for 1 minute to begin melting the cheese.
- Stir and Repeat Cooking: Stir the mixture thoroughly. Return it to the microwave and cook for another 30 seconds. Stir again. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the queso becomes smooth, creamy, and well combined. This process should take approximately 2 minutes total, depending on your microwave’s power.
