Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove any loose skins from the chickpeas to help achieve maximum crispiness during roasting.
  2. Bake: Toss the dried chickpeas with 1 tablespoon of oil until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Every 10 minutes, shake or stir the pan to ensure even roasting and crispiness. Bake until the chickpeas are golden brown and crunchy.
  3. Flavor: While the roasted chickpeas are still hot from the oven, immediately toss them with the seasoning blend of your choice from the available flavors (Mexican, Cinnamon Sugar, Ranch, Italian, Curry, Dorito, Smoky, or BBQ).
