Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pita bread, for serving
Toppings: sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta
Tzatziki sauce, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs into the slow cooker.
- Pour the yogurt marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s coated well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred or slice the chicken.
- Serve inside pita bread with cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, and tzatziki sauce.

Use chicken breasts instead of thighs for a leaner option.
