Description

Frozen Fruity Yoghurt Bites are creamy, refreshing, and nutritious snacks made with yoghurt and fresh berries. They are quick to prepare, freezer-friendly, and perfect for kids and adults alike as a breakfast, snack, or summer treat.

Ingredients

200 g yoghurt of your choice (natural yoghurt recommended)

Handful of fresh raspberries

Handful of fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Set out about 12 cupcake cases or silicone muffin cups on a tray or baking sheet that fits in your freezer.
  2. Spoon yoghurt evenly into each cupcake case.
  3. Add a few raspberries and blueberries into each yoghurt-filled cup, gently pressing them down. Arrange in fun patterns if desired.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for about 2 hours or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove bites from the cases and serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe bag or container for later use.

Notes

Swap berries for strawberries, mango, kiwi, or banana for variation.

Use flavored yoghurt (vanilla, honey, or fruit) for added sweetness.

Top with granola, shredded coconut, or honey before freezing for extra texture.

Make dairy-free by using coconut, soy, or almond yoghurt.

Store in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 1 month.
