Description

A quick, refreshing, and hydrating homemade electrolyte drink made with coconut water, citrus juices, and a pinch of salt. Perfect for post-workout recovery, hot days, or when you need a natural energy boost.

Ingredients

1½ cups unsweetened coconut water

½ cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Pinch of salt

Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large glass, combine coconut water, orange juice, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir well until the salt dissolves completely.
  3. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses filled with ice.
  4. Serve immediately for maximum refreshment.

Notes

Swap orange juice with grapefruit juice for a tangier flavor.

Add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you prefer a touch of natural sweetness.

Use pink Himalayan salt or sea salt instead of table salt for added minerals.

Blend in a few fresh mint leaves for a cooling twist.

Replace lime juice with lemon juice for a slightly different citrus profile.

Best consumed fresh, but can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 24 hours. Shake before serving.
