Description

This Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert is a no-bake frozen treat layered with ice cream sandwiches, caramel sauce, and Cool Whip, topped with your favorite garnishes. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for parties or family gatherings.

Ingredients

1012 ice cream sandwiches

1 bottle caramel sundae sauce

1 container Cool Whip (thawed)

Optional garnish: crushed Skor bars, chocolate drizzle, caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Thaw the Cool Whip until spreadable.
  2. Unwrap 10–12 ice cream sandwiches and place them side by side in a 13×9-inch pan.
  3. Drizzle caramel sundae sauce over the sandwiches to cover them.
  4. Spread Cool Whip evenly over the caramel layer.
  5. Garnish with crushed Skor bars or drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce.
  6. Cover and freeze until ready to serve, at least 2–3 hours or overnight for best results.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
  • You can substitute different toppings such as Oreos, M&Ms, nuts, or sprinkles.
  • Experiment with sauces like hot fudge, butterscotch, or fruit syrup.
  • Non-dairy ice cream sandwiches can be used for a dairy-free version.
  • For easier slicing, remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
