Description

These Make Ahead Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits are a healthy, customizable breakfast or snack made with creamy yogurt, sweet honey, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. They’re perfect for meal prep and busy mornings.

Ingredients

1 (32 oz) container whole milk plain yogurt (organic recommended)

3 tbsp honey

1 lb fresh or frozen berries

1 ½2 cups granola

Instructions

  1. Add honey to the container of yogurt and stir until fully mixed.
  2. In mason jars or similar containers, layer the yogurt followed by berries.
  3. Top with granola just before serving to maintain crunch.
  4. Seal the jars and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a thicker, creamier parfait.
  • Swap berries with bananas, mango, or kiwi for variety.
  • Add granola just before eating to prevent sogginess.
  • Store parfaits in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Try adding chia seeds, flax seeds, or nut butter for extra nutrition.
