Ingredients
4 fresh peaches
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut each peach in half vertically and remove the seed.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Place peach halves cut side down in the pan.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until the cut side is browned and caramelized.
- Flip the peaches and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with ice cream, yogurt, or as desired.
