Description

This Pumpkin Cottage Cheese Mousse is a light, creamy, protein-rich dessert that combines the comforting flavors of fall with healthy ingredients. It’s naturally sweetened, easy to make, and perfect for a quick dessert or festive treat.

Ingredients

2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, honey (or maple syrup), pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the mousse into four serving glasses or bowls.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese for best texture.

Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop and mousse to set.

Optional toppings include crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, or caramel drizzle.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Avoid freezing, as texture may change upon thawing.
