Description
This Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew is a delicious copycat recipe inspired by Starbucks, combining rich cold brew coffee with a creamy, spiced pumpkin foam. Perfect for fall, this easy-to-make beverage brings together pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla-infused sweet cream to create a luxurious and festive coffee treat.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Cold Brew Coffee
- 8 ounces cold brew coffee
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Optional: pumpkin spice simple syrup or vanilla simple syrup, to taste
Instructions
- Make the Pumpkin Cream: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla bean paste until well combined. Gradually whisk in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, continuing until the mixture is smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use to allow flavors to meld.
- Prepare the Cold Brew Coffee: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in 8 ounces of cold brew coffee. If you prefer a sweeter coffee, add a splash of pumpkin spice or vanilla simple syrup to taste and stir gently.
- Create the Pumpkin Cold Foam: Place ¼ to ½ cup of the pumpkin cream mixture into a NutriBullet or blender. Pulse for a few seconds until the cream becomes fluffy and thick, creating the cold foam texture.
- Assemble the Drink: Spoon or pour the fluffy pumpkin cream cold foam over the iced cold brew coffee. For garnish, sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness of the coffee with pumpkin spice or vanilla simple syrup according to your preference.
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for the best flavor; canned pumpkin puree works as well.
- The pumpkin pie spice can be adjusted or substituted with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves if you like a custom spice blend.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy whipping cream with half-and-half or use less sweetened condensed milk.
- This recipe is best served cold and fresh for optimal taste and texture.
