Description

This Reese’s Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert packed with chunks of Reese’s peanut butter cups and smooth chocolate. It’s quick to prepare, perfect for parties or holidays, and guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

40 Reese’s full-size peanut butter cups, divided

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 tablespoons heavy cream

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. Arrange 16 Reese’s peanut butter cups in the pan in 4 rows of 4. Slice 4 additional peanut butter cups in half and place them around the edges to fully cover the bottom.
  3. Chop the remaining 20 Reese’s peanut butter cups into quarters or crumble them and set aside.
  4. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter cups in the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups on top and press gently into the warm chocolate.
  7. Let the fudge cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
  9. Slice into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet for a sweeter variation.

For a nut-free option, substitute with nut-free chocolate candy.

To freeze, wrap tightly and store for up to 3 months.

For clean slices, dip a sharp knife in hot water, dry, then cut.
