A rich and creamy Southern-inspired milkshake that blends the comforting flavors of pecan pie into a chilled, indulgent dessert drink.
Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup cold milk
1/3 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for garnish)
1/3 cup toasted pecans (some whole, some chopped)
Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, cold milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and crushed graham crackers. Blend until thick and creamy.
- Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of your serving glass and coat the rim with crushed graham crackers.
- Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass.
- Top with whipped cream, additional caramel drizzle, toasted pecans, and extra graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
