Description
A creamy, no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dip made with cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, whipped cream, and swirled strawberry preserves. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a sweet treat served with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit.
Ingredients
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (240 ml) sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
1/2 cup strawberry preserves (or homemade strawberry sauce)
For Serving: Graham crackers, cookies, fresh strawberries or mixed fruit
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to make the dip light and fluffy.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl.
- Spoon the strawberry preserves on top and gently swirl with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect.
- Chill for about 30 minutes (optional) to allow the dip to firm up slightly.
- Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit for dipping.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a protein boost and lighter texture.
For a fresher flavor, swap strawberry preserves with homemade strawberry sauce.
Add lemon zest or almond extract for extra flavor.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or cookies on top for added crunch.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
This dip is served chilled and does not require reheating.
