4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 tbsp strawberry preserves

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Flatten each refrigerated biscuit into a 3-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese filling and 1 tablespoon of strawberry preserves in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal edges tightly (use a fork to crimp if needed).

- Fry the stuffed donuts seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool slightly.
