Ingredients
½ cup smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce or Tamari
2 tablespoons brown sugar (or honey or maple syrup)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or lime juice)
1 clove garlic, finely minced
½–1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, to taste
3–6 tablespoons warm water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and Sriracha.
- Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach desired consistency.
