  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Add all of the main and optional ingredients to a blender in the order listed, starting with the frozen banana and ending with honey and spices.
  2. Blend: Blend the mixture thoroughly, using a tamper to push the ingredients toward the blades for an even and smooth consistency.
