- 2 small (or 1 large) sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for sweet potatoes)
- 1/2 tsp paprika (for sweet potatoes)
- 1/4 tsp salt (for sweet potatoes)
- Olive oil spray
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for beef)
- 1 tsp paprika (for beef)
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt (for beef)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1/2 tbsp hot honey
- Chili flakes to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Season with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Cook sweet potatoes in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, and salt until fully cooked and browned.
- Divide the cooked sweet potatoes and beef evenly into two bowls.
- Add cubed avocado and top each bowl with 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
- Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle additional chili flakes to taste. Serve immediately.
