  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnish

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a food processor, add the rinsed and drained cannellini beans, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Pulse the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency, whether creamy or slightly chunky.
  3. Transfer to Serving Bowl: Spoon the dip into a bowl and use a spatula or the back of a spoon to create a swirl on the surface.
  4. Add Garnish: Drizzle additional extra virgin olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste for added flavor and presentation.
