- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 small slices (about 1 tsp each)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Garnish

- Chopped sage or thyme, for garnish
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and allow it to preheat to ensure even cooking for the dates.
- Prepare the dates: Carefully split each date lengthwise and remove the pit to create a cavity for the filling.
- Stuff the dates: Place a slice of brie cheese inside each pitted date, then gently press a few chopped walnut pieces into the cheese to add crunch and flavor.
- Air fry the stuffed dates: Arrange the stuffed dates in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the brie softens and becomes gooey, but before the dates lose shape.
