Instructions
- Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the food processor bowl to create a smooth base.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the jalapeño, sour cream, fresh cilantro leaves, lime juice, and kosher salt to the food processor with the avocado.
- Blend the Mixture: Pulse the food processor for 15 to 20 seconds until the mixture is fully blended and emulsified, resulting in a smooth and creamy texture.
