Description

This Easy Biscoff Fudge recipe combines creamy white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk with the rich, spiced flavor of Biscoff spread to create a smooth, indulgent treat. Topped with crunchy Biscoff cookie pieces, this no-bake fudge is perfect for quick, delicious homemade desserts that set in the fridge and delight with every bite.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk (397g / 14oz)
  • 400 g white chocolate (14oz)
  • ¾ cup Biscoff spread (210g / 7.4oz)
  • 2-3 Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking tin: Line a 20cm (8 inch) square baking tin with baking paper to prevent the fudge from sticking.
  2. Melt condensed milk and chocolate: In a large microwave-safe dish, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir well. Repeat this heating and stirring cycle two more times, stirring thoroughly each time, until the chocolate is completely melted. If needed, microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
  3. Add Biscoff spread: Stir in the Biscoff spread vigorously; the mixture will thicken quickly so some elbow grease is required to fully combine it.
  4. Transfer to baking tin: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly to create a smooth surface.
  5. Add cookie topping: Scatter pieces of Biscoff cookies on top of the fudge to add a crunchy texture and extra flavor.
  6. Chill to set: Place the tin in the fridge and allow the fudge to set for at least 4 hours until firm.

Notes

  • Ensure the mixture is well-stirred after each microwaving to prevent scorching and promote even melting.
  • If you prefer a softer fudge, reduce chilling time slightly, but for best results chill for a full 4 hours.
  • You can substitute Biscoff spread with cookie butter or any spiced cookie spread if desired.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Cut into small squares because this fudge is rich and very sweet.
