Electrolyte Drink Ingredients
- 24 ounces coconut water (3 cups)
- 2 ounces lemon juice (¼ cup)
- 2 ounces lime juice (¼ cup)
- 2 ounces orange juice (¼ cup)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup, or more to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- Ice (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a pitcher, large measuring cup, or large jar, add the coconut water, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Do not add ice yet.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir the mixture well until the honey or maple syrup is fully dissolved, ensuring the drink is evenly sweetened and the salt is incorporated.
- Chill and Serve: Place the pitcher or jar in the refrigerator to chill the electrolyte drink before serving. Alternatively, pour the mixture over ice cubes to enjoy immediately cold.
